• The HD-DOOR door control card provides full control over the motor with hardware featuring 4-zone motor control and dual-channel high-resolution encoder input.
• Basic parameters (door open-close speed, squeezing pressure, signal type, demo mode) can be adjusted using the 7-segment display and buttons on the card.
• With the slow speed signal input, in long-lasting photocell interruptions, the door can be closed at slow speed with an audible warning, disregarding the photocell signal.
• The door operator does not require a limit switch to function. The door width and open-close positions are automatically detected.
• In case of power outages, it can operate with two 12V batteries or external 24VDC power supply. The emergency power type can easily be selected via a jumper on the card.
• Motor reduction ratio, motor speed, drive pulley circumference, and spoon opening zone parameters can be input to provide flexibility for manufacturers.
• Speed settings defined in centimeters/second and ramp paths defined in centimeters can be adjusted by the user.
• The pressure to hold the door open and closed, and the pressure to detect door jamming, can be adjusted according to need.
• The door's operation can be tracked with the open/close counter.
• With advanced software, it enables smooth movement in travel ramps with an S-curved profile and allows fast yet smooth door movements without requiring a limit switch.
